I have now used Mittens for three bathroom installations, in itself a great recommendation! Friendly reliable professionals and the standard of workmanship, knowledge and customer support has been exceptional throughout. My bathrooms are stunning and I would definitely use them again as a trusted local company .
5 stars plus. I'd recommend the Mittens team without reservation. They did an excellent job and went above and beyond to talk me through the options (explaining pros and cons and pricing). They were also prompt, unfailingly helpful, and a really nice bunch. I'd definitely turn to them for work in the future.
The Mittens team are excellent and highly professional. Very knowledgeable and responsive. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
Mittens, completely refurbished our bathroom. After six months some of the tiles came loose and from the wall/sub-straight surface. Contacted Mittens and after many rounds of emails and phone calls Mittens were not remotely interested. I then engaged the services of The Tile Association who provided an expert witness statement ( surveyors report ). The report concluded that Mittems tiler Tony, had used the Dot and Dab method of tile adhesive, whereby Tony should have used the method - Full Butter Spread of adhesive on both rear of the tile and the sub-straight surface. I used the report to take Mittems to small claims court, whereby the judgement was ruled in my favor, Mittens were then ordered to pay me compensation plus costs.
