We’ve been using Solaris to maintain and service our heat pump and they’ve been great. They’re Vaillant specialists, which gives us real confidence that the system is in expert hands. A special mention to Adrian, who genuinely goes above and beyond. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and always takes the time to explain everything clearly. Can highly recommend Solaris Energy. As a new homeowner with a ground source heat pump, their expertise has been invaluable. The team were brilliant from start to finish. I explained the problem and sent videos and photos, and they were able to identify the issue straight away. They arrived with the required spare parts and took the time and patience to walk me through all the equipment, so I now properly understand how everything works. I’ll definitely be calling them again for all future servicing and repairs. Brilliant team.

I was looking for a Kronoterm heat pump and had no other option in the country other than Solaris Energy. After an initial delay in picking up my request, this turned spectacularly positive with a great visit by Peter and his son who quickly filled me with confidence and made me realise I was in good hands. Installation took a while due to my unique requirements and location but Dan's crew managed to address all my requests, from the Kronoterm heatpump to the Innova cooling/heating fan coils and my desire for automating the heating system. Yes, there were a few bumps along the way... tuning of the heatpump took a while but Dan listened to the feedback and figured out solutions faster than I could imagine. Now my house is warmer than before at a fraction of the cost. These guys are not cheap but are definitely worth the expense as they come with a wealth of knowledge, experience, motivation and desire to do a good job. All I can suggest to any future customer looking to switch away from gas boilers is to go through in detail any requirement for insulation of the house and refine with the planners the whole project. They are definitely able and willing to make a difference but require collaboration. Thank you Solaris for making my house a better place!

Solaris Energy installed a Vaillant air source heat pump in my home in 2024. The available space was limited. Yet the engineer managed it and surprised us all. Since then the pump has worked faultlessly. We’ve had one service which was carried out courteously, efficiently and efficiently. I can fully recommend Solaris.

After a lengthy and frustrating search to find a reliable and knowledgeable firm of heating engineers to accurately assess the issue that caused a breakdown on my Steibel GSHP I contacted Solaris Energy. From booking through to successful completion of repairs I found Solaris Energy to be most efficient. The great communication skills of Victoria, the Resource Coordinator and Adrian, the Heating Engineer meant that I was kept informed of progress and updated throughout the process. I would definitely like to enlist the services of Solaris Energy in future. Their service may not be the cheapest, but I feel it is of superior quality and am confident in recommending Solaris Energy.
