Thinking of using this company for the Government new boiler scheme? AVOID Used this company for the new boiler government grant scheme. Work was very basic, and after it's inspection work was not up to code. Electrics from gas fire not removed, floorboards exposed, crooked flue in roof. Boiler missing screws etc. This was in 2025, still waiting for a response from Simple Energy Services. Also fairly certain the lads sold my old boiler to a chap that came to my door! Oh and they kept the money.

A huge thank you to everyone at Simple Energy Services for the incredible work they've done on our home through the ECO4 scheme. From start to finish, the whole team were professional, friendly and hardworking. We were expecting a new heating system, but we honestly couldn't believe how much extra work was included. They installed new radiators, loft insulation, extractor fans, trickle vents, carried out roof repairs, patched and made good all the walls after the installation work, and completed so many other energy efficiency upgrades. The quality of the work has been excellent throughout. I especially want to give a massive shout-out to Johno, who was with us for three days. He did all of the jobs that most people would probably dread—repairing walls, patching everything up beautifully, fixing the roof, installing the extractor fan, and all the finishing work that really makes a difference. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he got on with everything without a single complaint. What makes it even more impressive is that the team were working through the 35°C heatwave we had, yet they stayed positive, friendly, and incredibly hardworking the entire time. It's rare to come across people with such a great attitude and work ethic, and are a real credit to Simple Energy Services. Thank you all again so much for everything you've done. Our home has been completely transformed, and we're looking forward to a warm, comfortable winter. We genuinely appreciate all the hard work and would highly recommend Simple Energy Services to anyone.

Really happy with the service from Simple Heating Services. Giuseppe was very helpful and sorted everything out quickly and efficiently. The whole process was much easier than expected, and my solar panels were installed in no time. The installation team were professional, polite, and kept everything clean and tidy. I had a great experience overall and would definitely recommend them for solar panel installation.

Simple fitted a boiler for my elderly Aunt, they did a great job as she was very anxious about having people in. They were really respectful of the house and did a great job. The boiler they took out was a really old floor standing one, she's made up with the new combi boiler and they programmed it before they left to suit her.
