Fan isolator was installed inside shower room as you can see in picture. I believe it should not be inside the bathroom. Also you can see the state of guttering it’s fully blocked and today I have received Cert that everything was up to standard. No one came to inspect the property.

We are MCS‑certified and registered with an approved consumer protection/competent person scheme, which is essential for quality assurance and to access grants like the Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS).
