Shane did a lot of work for us in our new home, removing all piping and radiators across an entire floor while we had damp works done, and then reinstalling everything as soon as it was safe to. He did a really great job and worked long hours to make sure our heating was back on for us in the cold weather, taught us some useful tips as new homeowners, and was great with our children too (who were very interested in what he was doing!) Our new copper pipes are looking fab. We reccomend him and will use him again in the future.

Shane came to look at a problem with my boiler when no one else wanted to, which I really appreciated. He confirmed the issue and gave me my options without any pressure. Shane was recommended to me and at first seemed more than happy to assist. On his first visit he caused £300 of damage to the bath (although in fairness recompensed for this damage). As time wore on he became much more difficult to contact and to date I am still waiting for a radiator to be fitted at the agreed height. Hopefully this will be moved in the next couple of weeks although I do feel that Shane’s workload gets the better of him.
