We honestly couldn’t recommend Steve Duckworth Electrical highly enough! Steve, Shawnie, Mark and Levi were absolutely fantastic from start to finish with the installation of our new ASHP. The quality of their work was excellent, and what really stood out was how much pride they took in everything they did. They were constantly checking that every detail was finished to the standard we wanted and never seemed to take any shortcuts. They were also incredibly tidy throughout, which made such a difference during what could have been a very disruptive installation. Everything was left clean and organised, and they treated our home with real respect. But above all, they’re just a genuinely lovely, friendly group of people. They were always happy to explain things, answer questions and make sure we were comfortable with what was being done. We’re absolutely delighted with our new heat pump and couldn’t be happier. A fantastic team who clearly care about their work and their customers. We can’t wait to have you back soon to complete the next stage of our project with the solar and battery installation.
Steve and all the team have been excellent from start to finish. They installed a Powerwall 3 and some in roof solar panels in conjunction with a re-roof. They worked really well with our roofer, amending their schedule slightly to fit around the roofer. The team who did the install were brilliant, and did a very tidy job. Perhaps more importantly we’ve had to go back with some questions since the install and they have responded to these very quickly.
Excellent service both in terms of customer service , speed of fitting and friendly and helpful workforce . We got the whole package- solar panels, power bank, charger, and air source heat pump. Would definitely recommend!
