Seeing reviews from 2 years ago telling the same issues present this day, is a word of warning to anyone considering using their service. No one EVER answers the phone, NEVER has an answer machine message been replied too. ASHP installed 2019 in new build…..took nearly 45 months to get a response and first service done. While engineer was nice, competency questionable. We have an FTC 5 Ecodan controller with underfloor heating and room sensors downstairs, radiators upstairs with a single sensor on the landing (so, close bedroom doors, radiators don’t come on, as temp intended from landing) Asked about this system, as it shows 2 zones(zone 2 no options, if there isn’t a zone 2, the option shouldn’t even be visible) Engineer had no idea about any settings, what each did or how to set up, as such, since the service in October 2023, we consume over double kWh on the system leading to massive bills(even tho octopus energy tariff is cheaper, and usage is lower) Just avoid. Which business has the owners wife as answer phone message, but doesn’t reply?? I rang with emergency, 8 times. No response yet, after few weeks. Will update review if i get a reply in the next 40 yrs before I die or summin. Simply: take the reviews on here as honest reviews, and avoid this joke of company. Best they go out of business than cause more people distress

Don't not use this company, unbelievably poor customer services. Never answer their phone or emails. Most definitely not 24 hour service. I had a waste Piper replaced. The work was not checked before they left my premises. 2 weeks later I had a leak which turned to be the waste pipe being pushed in to far. I contacted Steve, I talked him through the issue and he seemed to be understanding and said that I wouldn't have to pay for the work they did. He said he would reimburse me for having the leak fixed but when I sent invoices to show what I had spent to have the issue fixed he then invoiced me for parts and said he only did that because I was claiming back both a call out charge for a plumber and a waste management company and he didn't think it was right that i was sending him both as the plumber didn't do anything. I still had to call a plumber out to know what the problem was. Very rude and not understanding at all.

Had a full heating system and heat pump installed, couldn’t be happier. A great team, very tidy & explained everything clearly. Returned when I couldn’t remember how to operate. Highly recommend.

We are MCS‑certified and registered with an approved consumer protection/competent person scheme, which is essential for quality assurance and to access grants like the Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS).
We carry out a detailed home assessment, including property type, insulation levels, existing heating system and available outdoor space, to confirm whether a heat pump is a good fit.
We design the system using a heat‑loss calculation for your home, then match the correct kW size and model (for example, air‑source vs ground‑source) so it runs efficiently and reliably.
Our fixed quote clearly lists the heat pump, cylinder, controls, labour, scaffolding (if needed), electrical work and any radiator or pipework upgrades, so you know exactly what you’re paying for.
Yes, as an MCS installer we can confirm your eligibility, apply for the BUS grant (worth up to £7,500) on your behalf and deduct it directly from your quote.
A typical air‑source heat pump installation takes around 2–5 days, and we’ll agree locations for the indoor and outdoor units, manage any planning considerations and keep you informed each day.
After the heat‑loss survey, we’ll advise if any radiators, pipework, electrics or hot‑water cylinder need upgrading so the system can run efficiently at lower flow temperatures.
Modern heat pumps are designed to be quiet and must meet UK noise regulations; we’ll position the unit to minimise any impact on you and your neighbours and comply with local planning rules.
You’ll get manufacturer warranties on the heat pump plus our workmanship guarantee, and we offer ongoing servicing and support to keep your system performing at its best.
We’ll estimate your likely annual running costs and potential savings based on your current fuel type, insulation level and tariffs, using real‑world performance data rather than lab figures.
