BEWARE!!! they will put scaffolding up with out fully booking it in with the customer. And then will not pay the scaffolding company the invoice. Then steel the scaffolding gear. Stay aware. Clearly financially struggle. Invoices can't get paid. And pressure sales to the customer.

Honestly we couldn’t recommend 21 degrees York enough. We had a heatpump, 30 solar panels, 11 new radiators, and 4 batteries supplied and installed. This was extensive work which included coordination with the DNO to have our fuse upgraded and multiple visits of several days each across a few weeks to get all the work done. The entire team, from the office (Mark, Natalie, Rowan, Francis, Brad) to engineers (Dave, Kristian, Josh, Guy, Bronny) were knowledgeable, communicative, hard working, professional and considerate. We were doing this heavily pregnant with a toddler so we really appreciated how tidy and friendly the guys were. This was a big project so we had a huge number of questions as we wanted to make sure we got it right. Nothing was too much for the team, they answered everything easily and they even sent out an engineer with a thermal imaging camera to explain in detail how our piping was going to work well with our new heatpump. We had some extra requests regarding the thermostat and a modbus connection, which they sorted without a problem. We also asked for multiple quotes with various configurations for literally every part of the install before deciding, and again they had no problems pricing everything up. Pricing was transparent and competitive. I don’t really see how this could have gone any better. Would highly recommend and would definitely be asking them for a quote for any future work we have done.

Poor communication , do not answer the phone!! after at least 5 visits my Mitsubishi heat pump installed by this company is still not working. Every visit throws up another leak and problem. I would not recommend this product or company .

This is one of three five-star reviews I'm leaving across the 21d network, for a recently completed ASHP installation in Norwich. My thanks go to Sonya for her help on the BUS paperwork and invoices. A great joined up team to deal with all around the country. Thanks!

They replaced my whole central heating, including 16 radiators, in 3½ days. Everyone was professional, polite and tidy. They also applied for the Boiler Upgrade Scheme on my behalf. I did have to organise getting my own electrics upgraded, and a trench dug (they recommended the contractor), so it took a little while to get a date that worke. But it was a surprisingly great job, and I'd recommend them.
