What a superb experience from Gregor coming out to survey and quote for installation in our two flats to the teams onsite (James, Rio, Darren & Robert). This is a company who all want to do the very best job they can for their clients, all cabling hidden, regular communication, time keeping excellent despite travelling to Edinburgh everyday. Had a Panasonic air-to-air unit installed in my garden room by Stewart Temp Solutions and couldn’t be happier. The unit is quiet, efficient, and keeps the space comfortable. We had been thinking of an air conditioner for our home and we had a couple of people giving their quotes in past, which were not enthusiastic either in their conduct or specs. It was a chance referral by my friend, and Peter Stobie came immediately, checked every bit, took notes of our needs and came up with an excellent plan. He took us through every concern and query we had, and we didn't have to think any longer. The Panasonic air conditioners were top of the range, energy efficient and beautiful aesthetically. He communicated regularly and arranged the installation. Installation was done by James and Jamie. Wow, they were gems. Professional, pleasing and absolute work horses. We were guided through every step was quality of work was top class. James helped me with controls and softwares with excellent demo. Had been thinking of getting A/C for a while now but only had limited space on internal walls. Contacted Stewart ts for their help and the next day Peter came out to give me my options which were more than I had expected could be done. Received a really good quote the next day and within a week everything was all finished and to the highest of standards. No mess no signs of trunking or wires and no damage whatsoever to the decor. Huge thanks to Ross and Jamie for cracking on and getting the job done quickly and efficiently. Have tried out the units and are extremely quiet and unobtrusive.Would have no reservation’s recommending STS to anyone who needs A/C installed
