T. and S. Heating Limited

Rohaan the gas engineer came to my house. I've had multiple engineers come around and scratch their heads. This young man came in and 1 hour later my hot water and heating is back on. He tested everything and made sure it's working fine. He explained my thermostat and even set my timer to suit me. A real credit to the company. I will ask for him by name next time I need any work. Very very happy.

Rohaan was extremely professional and helpful. Explained everything clearly and checked I understood. He was efficient at resolving the issue and reporting the problem and what was required to the council. Rohaan was friendly, understanding and able to put my mind as ease with me being an elderly lady and having a house visit late at night. Thank you for your help to ensure I was not left without heat or hot water. Very happy and satisfied with the service.

As return customers we were really pleased with the service we received from all aspects at T&S. The team (Kirsty and Mateusz) who assisted with the quote and booking were really helpful and responded quickly, supporting us to select our replacement taps (even matching the brand and model from a previous T&S job we had, without asking). The plumber, Isaac, was very pleasant, helpful, professional and did a great job with the installation and fit, explaining everything to us. The accounts team were helpful and polite when I called to make payment after the work was completed. All in all excellent service from start to finish. Thank you.

So impressed with the service from T&S. Our heating broke down and we were advised by an unamed company we had a service plan with that a power flush was required after they fitted a new pump and basically left us without heating and hot water. On calling T&S to book a power flush, when I said we were without heat and hot water, they arranged to come the next day. On attending to do the flush, the engineer had a look, noted there was just a simple blockage, fixed it and got the heating back on again and we even got some money back as there was no need to the whole power flush! It so nice to deal with helpful people who properly investigate your problem - thank you so much for getting us warm again so quickly!

Rohaan came out to swap a shower drainage pump for me. Might as well call him Santa because he saved christmas!!! We haven't been able to shower in 6 weeks. He came out on Christmas EVE and replaced everything and tested. Rohaan was a dream. Punctual-efficient and a warm personality. He explained everything and took his time to answer all of our questions. 10/10. Merry Christmas to t&s. Will be returning and recommending just because of this young chap. I'm absolutely over the moon.
