The guys did an excellent job, we are really pleased with our new heat pump. They were efficient and did everything on time for the agreed cost. Highly recommend this company.
I recently had an excellent experience with The Ambient Heating Company when they came out to fix my boiler. From the initial call, their customer service was friendly and professional, and they were able to schedule an appointment very quickly. Our technician Tom arrived on time, was very knowledgeable, quickly diagnosed the issue and ordered the correct parts. He returned the next day and repaired the boiler, explaining everything along the way, and ensuring everything was running smoothly before leaving. I would highly recommend. Exceptional service all around!
The Ambient Heating Company finally fixed our air source heat pump system which had been nothing but trouble since we got it installed. After trying multiple different companies we finally contacted them. Tom clearly knew the systems inside and out. Our only wish is that we used them from the beginning!
I couldn't be more impressed with The Ambient Heating Company. They installed a new gas boiler in my home, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Their team was efficient, professional, and provided clear communication throughout the process. I highly recommend them!
After having issues with a previous heat pump installation, The Ambient Heating Company came to the rescue. They quickly identified the problem, fixed it, and now everything works perfectly. Great service!
