Excellent service from Three Counties Heat Pumps. Prompt response to request for service (even over a bank holiday!). Engineer arrived on time, was friendly and courteous throughout. Highly recommended.
We received excellent service from Michael at Three Counties Heat Pumps Ltd. He offered advice which was invaluable pre-sale and helped us to make an informed choice of supplier. The installation of our cellar cooling system was fitted efficiently and we now have a brilliant new system for our cellar which, importantly can hardly be heard outside our building. I would highly recommend this company. Jane Kendrick, Club Secretary, Colwall Cricket Club.
From the moment I contacted them and spoke to Melanie I was full of confidence from the outstanding customer service. They provided me with so much information on which system to go with for my salon, and even talked me through the unit and everything it would do. From paying the deposit to installation was so fast. Matt who came to install the unit was fantastic. He talked through how it would go in and got to work. He gave me a full run through on how to use it both through the remote and the app. I would 100% recommend to anyone thinking of getting an air con system fitted. I have now had mine a week and it has been amazing both with heating and cooling (typical uk weather) thank you so much to you all. And see you at the first service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Super fast service - emailed Three Counties on a Friday, responded immediately and Engineer came out the following Tuesday. Engineer arrived on time, was very thorough and knowledgeable. Excellent service from start to finish, would highly recommend.
Needed a Heat Pump service. Melanie was quick to arrange it, Michael turned up on time, explained what he was going to do and completed it all quickly. Great service, highly recommended!
