Had a 5kw Samsung heat pump installed with underfloor heating and a hot water cylinder. Communications were quick and professional when I first enquired about a suitable system, Alan from Three counties Heat pumps came and did a full heat loss calculation and suggested a few changes to what I had in mind to create a more efficient system, felt more like a conversion with someone for advice rather than a salesperson. The work was carried out in stages to suit our build time, again Three counties were very obliging with working with us annd around our schedule and I felt they were as interested in a mutual positive outcome as I was. Real pride was taken in their work, they always left the place tidy and were very polite. We had a few quotes from various companies and felt Three counties offered the best values for money, especially when the customer service is taken into account. We’ve just had our first annual service, everything is working exceptionally well. Currently costing 20pence to heat our water cylinder (250litres). Due to the recent hot weather we decided to have air conditioning fitted to our master bedroom, Three counties offered us a few different options at varying budgets, they guided us through the options and we settled on a 2kw unit by Panasonic. Installation took a few hours and was really neat. My god! Being able to sleep at night in the recent heatwave made it a bargain!!

This firm replaced a failed ASHP at my property. The initial discussions were helpful and professional. The options offered were what I wanted and the quote was well priced. They did a site survey promptly and as discussed. They booked in a date for the installation and kept to it. The install was done professionally and despite some teething issues (not their fault) I was very happy with the work. They even returned and made modifications to my setup to reduce noise (at no charge). The unit has been operating as expected since and I would definitely recommend them for similar work .
