Hi , Tipsgrove Eco Ltd installed an air source heat pump in January, they were very courteous and efficient. and installed the system in a matter of days. My previous heating was an electric boiler which in the winter months would cost me about £80 a week to run, after the heat pump installation my first weeks electricity bill was £27 the temperature for that week was about zero degrees the second week the temperature averaged six degrees. The bill for that week was £17 pounds. I am amazed at the savings I have made by having this heat pump installed and I thoroughly recommend it.
We're so pleased we came across Nikki, John and team, there communication and service has been second to none! John is very informative with heat pump knowledge and was able to diagnose and problem solve within the same visit, we will certainly being using Tipsgrove in the future for our repairs and regular heat pump service! Great company 👌 and highly recommend.
