In 2025 I decided to move back to Moray. I decided to buy a new home since I lived quite a distance away. I contacted Tulloch of Cummingston and knew straight away on my first meeting with Blair that I had chosen the right builder. From choosing my fixtures and fitting everything went smoothly. on site visits with George were very positive in fact all the team from the management to the workmen were first class. If like me you are looking for a new home I would recommend this company for their friendly manner and their professional attitude to their work. I am very proud of my new home and it has a very high standard of finish through out. Collis Anderson
A very friendly company, who provided a great service. They reacted quickly to any queries and changes throughout the build process, plus their aftercare has been fantastic.
The whole process of selecting the finishes & options in the property was so easy & professionally handled. It was great to watch the house being built over 7 months not thrown up in a few weeks. When we took over the house, the quality was everything we have expected for the price. I would highly recommend Tulloch of Cummingston
Cannot recommend Tullochs enough. Our new house is fantastic. The attention to detail and quality of finish was well beyond our expectations. Blair and his team were great to deal with and kept us up to date throughout the build. The bathroom, kitchen and flooring was all sourced from local companies who also have very high standards of work. They guys on the site have been very helpful since we moved in and have been happy to show us how to work the heating etc and had even come back to fix some storm damage to the gate/fence without even being asked to. All round a great company and team - Thankyou
We bought a house from Tulloch (having relocated from Glasgow) and are delighted with it. The house has been completed to a high standard and is exactly as promised. As with any house purchase/move, there were some minor issues, but these were resolved by Blair, with whom we dealt exclusively, and who was communicative and reassuring throughout the process. From the first time meeting with him we had confidence in Tulloch and we have not been disappointed. I highly recommend Tulloch of Cummingston and should we ever decide to move again they will be the first company we speak to!
