The whole process of selecting the finishes & options in the property was so easy & professionally handled. It was great to watch the house being built over 7 months not thrown up in a few weeks. Cannot recommend Tullochs enough. Our new house is fantastic. The attention to detail and quality of finish was well beyond our expectations. Blair and his team were great to deal with and kept us up to date throughout the build. The bathroom, kitchen and flooring was all sourced from local companies who also have very high standards of work. They guys on the site have been very helpful since we moved in and have been happy to show us how to work the heating etc and had even come back to fix some storm damage to the gate/fence without even being asked to. My wife and I moved into our new home in April 2024. After much research we chose Tulloch of Cummingston to build our new property. The reasons for choosing them were the outstanding reputation they have and the superior quality of their developments. We were able to be involved in aspects of the design and layout of the bungalow, and to have our input as to how our ideas could be brought to reality. We were kept up to date with the progress of the build throughout, we were also aloud on site at regular intervals to see the progress for ourselves. We are both thrilled to be in our new home and all of our expectations have been fulfilled. A couple of years ago my wife and I decided we wanted to move to a new bungalow, and, given their excellent reputation, we approached Tullochs Of Cummingston. We reserved a bungalow at the proposed Inchbroom development in Lossiemouth, and we are now settled in to our excellent new home. During the building phase, Blair (Tulloch) could not have been more helpful and approachable concerning different choices for various aspects of our new home, and his attention to detail was a credit to the company. Blair, John and Sean (site manager) went out of their way to give us any help we needed, and kept us well informed as to how our bungalow was progressing. Not only is our bungalow attractive from the outside, but the high standard of finish is very obvious within the home---everywhere you look you can see that the the materials used and the workmanship are of the highest standards. If anyone is wanting to get a new home built to a very high standard, I would definitely recommend that you contact Tulloch Of Cummingston

A very friendly company, who provided a great service. They reacted quickly to any queries and changes throughout the build process, plus their aftercare has been fantastic.
