Communication is poor, attend without notice, engineers Dont know how to pick up a phone if they're visit is unsuccessful. They love to breach you're data rights by breaching GDPR passing on emails to Third parties. They Dont have a privacy policy online, they pass on subject access requests to other companies which aren't data controlled. Complaint went in - currently taking legal action on the company - NOT RECOMENDED.

Does this company not have a company vehicle park dumping vans all over residential housing streets. Photos taken will be contacting vehicle commissioners as its ridiculous accident waiting to happen or human injury.

On 17/02/2024 at 1725 on Union Row. A driver very aggressively drove behind me using his horn nonstop and going crazy, gesturing and displaying extremely aggressive and unstable behaviour. I believe, due to the fact he believed I was driving too slow. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour. Total maniac. Would never want any of these people around my properties. Have dashcam evidence and reported to the police. Possibly drug fueled behaviour.

Utter disgrace of a company leaving a disabled person bedbound. With a clicking boiler for more that 48hrs, freezing cold house and with medical needs that must keep warm to be told turn off your boiler baring in mind I am bedbound and can’t get up myself. To be told my visit won’t be until Tuesday ( as long as they have a nice Xmas in a cosy house) Kingdom has never once left me in this situation they always came out right away!! Guys were amazing!!
