I recently had UK Renewables install a new Vaillant heat pump and cylinder system, and I could not be happier with the service provided.From the initial inquiry through to the final sign-off, their communication was absolutely outstanding. Before the work even began, they took the time to answer all of my questions, clearly explaining the process and helping me understand exactly what to expect. This high level of communication continued throughout the installation, keeping me updated on their daily progress and any technical details.The entire team demonstrated the utmost professionalism. They arrived on time, were incredibly respectful of my home, and maintained a clean and tidy workspace from start to finish.As for the installation itself, the quality of work is top-tier. The pipework and positioning of both the Vaillant heat pump and the new cylinder are incredibly neat, reflecting a true pride in their craftsmanship. The system is running flawlessly, and it is clear that no corners were cut.I highly recommend UK Renewables to anyone considering a heat pump installation. They made what could have been a complex and stressful upgrade completely seamless and stress-free.

Uk Renewables fitted a heat pump system to our refurbished house and they were very efficient and the work was very neat, the heat pump is as quiet as a conventional gas boiler and we get plenty of hot water

Nick worked tirelessly installing my heat pump during the heat wave. He came up with solutions for what wasn’t a standard installation. Everything was left tidy at the end of each day. Provided ongoing support when I had issues with the app.

Heat pump insulation Grant Aerona 290 4kW Where to start, like everyone looking to find the right company to install the correct size heat pump in property I approached a number of companies for information and quotes. Most were helpful but found that the commutation with Rob was very helpful with all my questions answered. The home visit with Rob was not rushed and he carried out a comprehensive survey. Quote arrived with full breakdown of rooms heat loss etc. (lots to read and information to digest). After accepting quote there were a couple of things that needed to be done by SSEN before install, this took time so had to move install date but that was no problem due to time of year. (summer) I chose UK Renewables as they are local and the communication and help given was exceptional. Install date came everything delivered early, plumber arrived on time, all unloaded checked. Protection to carpet where needed. Old gas boiler removed then heat pump Installed and tested. From start to finish only took 5 days and that also included additional electrical insulation from Viable Power. The Install went mostly as expected. Rob carried out handover, now starting to learn best setup for the property and our needs. ecoNet24 app setup on phone and computer, quite easy to use and set. Overall experience: good communication, good price and staff that are very knowledgeable.

Fantastic experience with UK Renewables from start to finish. They did an excellent job replacing our old boiler with a new heat pump system, including a new hot water cylinder, and the finished installation is extremely neat and tidy. What really impressed me was their flexibility and willingness to work around what I wanted rather than simply choosing the easiest installation option. I wanted the heat pump positioned slightly away from the house so that we could make better use of the garden space, and they were able to accommodate this. They also took the time to hide the pipework neatly in trunking, which makes a big difference to the finished appearance. I had quotes from several other companies, including a very large national installer, and the contrast was significant. One proposed drilling multiple holes through the roof, while another said the heat pump and cylinder could not be installed in the locations I wanted and that existing garage storage would need to be removed. UK Renewables found a much better solution and managed to fit everything where I wanted it without unnecessary disruption. The aftercare has also been excellent. One of the valves developed a small fault after installation (noise), and UK Renewables responded promptly and replaced it. Everything has been working perfectly since. I am extremely happy with the installation and the service both before and after the work was completed. A professional, flexible and customer-focused company that I would happily recommend.
