Very happy with our recent solar installation. The team were neat and tidy throughout the install. Communication from Jason was excellent, he kept me up to date with all the applications and paperwork as soon as they came through. Would highly recommend.
A brilliant job done by Jason and his team. After my previous installer refused to come out due to a problem on my battery storage caused by Givenergy going into administration I contacted Jason at Underwood Electrical. He was very helpful over the phone and gave me a date for a site visit. He arrived when he said he would and discussed my options. As I did not want to keep my old batteries due to the ongoing problem with givenergy I decided to have them replaced with Sigenergy batteries. Jason sent me a Quote and after I accepted it he gave me a date for the installation. On the day of installation Sam and his team arrived when they said and the old system was removed and a few things moved around to make space for the Sigenergy system to be fitted. The Sigenergy system was then fitted in the day and we were back up and running by tea time. My EV Charger was also altered at the same time by Sam and this has stopped my EV draining the Sigenergy batteries as was happening on my old system. We have been running the new system for 2 months now and I am really pleased with the whole process. Everything went smooth and Sam explained how everything worked before he left. This family business was recommended to us by an existing customer when we decided to have solar panels and an EV charger fitted. We found the whole team (scaffolders, roofers and electricians) polite, friendly, knowledgeable and hard-working. They made very little mess and always tidied up. They worked throughout some extremes of weather - fierce sunshine, record temperatures, then torrential rain - with no complaints. We are very happy with our panels and chargers and would recommend Underwood Electrical. R + M.
