Many thanks to all at Gas Service Ltd for replacing our ageing utility boiler and installing a new SYSTEM S unit in the loft, re-piping the tempest cylinder to correct standards, replacing the Immersion element and Hive thermostat. An A1 service throughout the installation. Special thanks to Adam, John, Hayden and Chris for their expertise and efficiency. Following the installation of a Vaillant aroTherm 10kw heat pump at our house I can highly recommend Gas Service Ltd having received excellent service throughout. From the initial survey in which Adam suggested an installation that three national companies hadn't mentioned when saying they couldn't provide me with a heat pump to the final handover. The work started promptly on the arranged day and we received good communications from all members of the team. They coped well with a couple of unexpected problems not of their making towards the end of the work and left the site clean and tidy. The result is impressive - a warm house, unobtrusive boiler constantly operating in the background, potentially great savings from reduced energy use and the end of our gas consumption.

A fantastic and super friendly company and we cannot recommend them enough! We called before 9am Monday morning as we'd been without central heating and hot water over the weekend. The phone was answered promptly and by a very lovely, friendly lady who was incredibly helpful! (I'm so sorry I didn't catch your name). Knowing we had a small baby and preschooler, she moved things around for us to help get someone out to us the next day. However within the hour, she called back to say she could get someone to us the same day. And within a few hours, the wonderful Ryan arrived. He was very accommodating and quickly fixed and serviced our boiler for us. He was able to explain the problem and give us great advice too. A genuine and wonderful human being! Thank you so much!!
