I called Chris when my power shower packed up. He managed to work out the issue and tell me how to fix it over the phone. Saving us days of waiting for someone to be able to come out, as it was so close to Christmas and also the call out fee, ultimately to his detriment, but that didn’t change him trying to sort the problem for us, successfully, over the phone. Thank you Chris. Top of the list for any further plumbing issues
Chris stuck with us on a complex job in an old house. It took longer than planned. Thank you.
Contacted Chris to get an idea of prices call out etc to fix my shower (no hot water) he asked for a photo of appliance so he could advise a more accurate price . I sent over the photo within 5 minutes he got back to me suggesting what to do very simple. I tried what he suggested and it worked absolutely fantastic this could have cost me a lot of money (by some unscrupulous plumbers) puts your faith back into people. Thank you so much Chris you are a star and WOULD recommend you to anybody as well as my first port of call for any future requirements 👏👏👍🏻 Phil
Chris came to take out our old sink and tap and replace with new ones. He also changed our flushing system in our bathroom toilet. He done a great job on both. We have also asked Chris to quote us for further works that we beed to get done. His professionalism and great and experience in his job is someone we would definitely recommend.
Chris came to our house out of hours and immediately diagnosed the issue with our central heating not working. Fixed the problem whilst onsite as he had a replacement pump on his van. Chris was pleasant, efficient, tidy and I would recommend.
