I called Chris when my power shower packed up. He managed to work out the issue and tell me how to fix it over the phone. Saving us days of waiting for someone to be able to come out, as it was so close to Christmas and also the call out fee, ultimately to his detriment, but that didn’t change him trying to sort the problem for us, successfully, over the phone. Contacted Chris to get an idea of prices call out etc to fix my shower (no hot water) he asked for a photo of appliance so he could advise a more accurate price . I sent over the photo within 5 minutes he got back to me suggesting what to do very simple. I tried what he suggested and it worked absolutely fantastic this could have cost me a lot of money (by some unscrupulous plumbers) puts your faith back into people.
