I would like to thank WarmGB for doing a great job on the installation of the heat pump, from completely removing all old boiler, tanks and pipes to replacing all carpets to a good standard. Andy Liam and Louis did a Sterling job from start to finish and may also thank Andy in particular for his backup support which is informative and reassuring. I wish I had a heat pump installed years ago .Thanks again to WarmGb keep up the good work 👏 🙌

Excellent Heat Pump Installation Having used Warm GB’s sister company GB Solar for battery storage, we got Andy in to design a heat pump system for us! Andy was thorough and incredibly knowledgeable about how he would maximise efficiency of the system. I naturally did a lot of research regarding heat pumps as there has been a lot of negative press towards them but what I learned was that the most important thing about heat pumps is the person who designs your heating system, bespoke to your home. Andy has done a cracking job and so far after a month of use I have a cop of 4.5 on the hot water which is the hard part so I am expecting some excellent results come winter when we use the heating side of it. After sales service has been great too which is where a company really earns its reputation, I was abroad for much of the installation and when I came back, Andy came back and walked with me to see if there was any issues, I pointed out a couple of minor issues and they were immediately rectified. I would wholeheartedly recommend WarmGB for your heat pump!

We have had a very positive experience with Warm GB. Plenty of regular contact by email and phone prior to installation which took under a week for an extensive project for our above-average sized property. Gareth and Josh knew their stuff and were very helpful throughout the process and were particularly helpful in helping us to get our electricity supply upgraded to three-phase and liaising with National Grid prior to the installation. Would recommend to anyone considering air source heat pump installation.

My system was installed last week to a very high standard and is functioning perfectly with a high COP. From my first meeting with Andy Mountjoy (the heating engineer and system designer)I felt very comfortable in choosing WarmGB. He was very knowledgeable and explained every detail simply so it was easy to understand. After the first meeting the installation began within 4 weeks and the guys doing the install were excellent and very respectful of my property. Since the completion my system has run flawlessly and I couldn't be happier. Andy has been remotely monitoring the system and is always available to answer any questions I may have. I would definitely recommend WarmGB to anyone wishing to install a ASHP. 👍

Great service from start to finish! The technology is not easy for my generation to get to grips with but the company made it very easy and the installation was first class. The house is now constantly warm, the ugly old oil tanks had gone and I am helping save the planet! Would recommend this technology and Warm GB to install it.
