Need new radiators after our kitchen refurb, contacted Westlands, attended when they said they would, gave me a price and radiators fitted. Very professional and left the work areas spotless. Great job with no worries.
Excellent service throughout whilst fitting new bathroom suite. P was professional, helpful with any issues that arose and kept everything tidy, cleaned and disposed of all rubbish. Definitely be coming back as they always service and maintain our boiler system too. Thank you for a great job very happy 😊
As always, fantastic service and all work carried out to a great standard. Everything was explained prior to work and the advice given was easy to understand and follow. Previously boiler had given up after 24 years, proof enough that regular servicing helps. Again many thanks to Westlands Heating for your service plan. Once boiler installed, tested and commissioned. Hand over simple, with full demonstration of new heating system controls. All guarantees are being submitted by Westlands and the peace of mind makes for an all round great experience. Site left clean and tidy, many thanks Paul for your hard work today, very much appreciated.
Came and fitted a new boiler and the whole process from start to finish was seamless, excellent polite staff highly recommended.
My aged mother has a boiler plan with Westlands, and her boiler stopped working between Xmas and New Year 2023. Messages were left over a few day but no response, so we had to call out another heating engineer and pay a not inconsiderable amount to fix the boiler. So I am left asking what is the point of the boiler plan - it may be good service if your boiler breaks down Monday to Friday but if it doesn't you might be cold for a while. I have tried to ask Westlands for an emergency call out number for such occasions but they do not provide one - "leave a message and we'll get back to you when we open".
