Quality install and excellent support. Were very patient in educating me on the best way to use my new solar and battery system. Would highly recommend if you want to be in safe hands
The company installed a solar system on my garage 12 years ago. One of the optimisers failed and Abel facilitated my warranty claim, sent me a spare part and reconfigured my app to reflect the new part- there was absolutely nothing in it for them and indeed their time and effort will have cost them. I’m trying to think of a firm that would respond as well with no actual duty to do so to a customer from 12 years ago - fantastic service and mind set - 5stars
Abel Environmental Services (AES) have been a terrific firm to deal with. The solar PV system was recently serviced - it was installed by AES five years ago - and the report by the engineer Andy states the system is “as good as when it was installed”. Andy is particularly knowledgable about all matters solar PV. He takes the time to carefully explain what he is doing and how everything works. In my experience customer service is very important to AES, which makes them a recommended business to use for your solar PV needs.
