Excellent friendly and professional service by Nigel..Had my lpg boiler serviced and will definitely use TS plumbing and heating again..👍
They came to service the boiler and inspect my toilets, which were having issues after flushing. They stated they couldn't repair the toilets that day as they'd need to remove tiles to access the water tanks.I asked them for an estimate for that work, along with some other jobs. However, they disappeared, never replied to my emails, and I haven't heard from them since. They're skilled at what they do, but their communication is extremely poor.
High-handed,expensive and unplesant. I would NOT recommend this pumber!
Given my previous excellent experiences with TS, I wanted to see if they installed air-conditioning. To cut a long story short, they didn't, but they knew a man who could! They arranged for both an air conditioning installer and an electrician to visit to review what I wanted. They then produced a competitive quote which I accepted and then arranged for the installation two weeks later. I am delighted with outcome, with the way the engineers completed the work, and with the speed and professionalism that TS showed is pulling everything together. True customer service. A job well done.
Amazing company, great service and speedy response. They always remind me the annual service is due and when I found myself with no heating or hot water last night responded early this morning from my call for help. Friendly professional young engineer soon sorted the boiler out and showed me what to do next time 👍. Highly recommend They also fitted my shower and my daughter's when hers needed replacing, she was really pleased with their excellent service x
