Fantastic! I now have my own go-two boiler serviceman for life! With one call I wasn’t expecting to be able to get a same day appointment to have a look at my broken boiler but I did! It took one short chat & Rob had an idea of what could be wrong & popped round within the hour & it took all of 10 mins & I couldn’t believe it my hearing came on!!! Rob explained everything and gave me tips on how to avoid it happening again and offered to give me a quote for a first service in over 20 years! No charge for my 10 mins appointment too!!!! Rob is now booked for the service & I will be getting Rob to do the new boiler when we need it too!!!! Fast, reliable, knowledgeable, friendly, Purrfick!!!
