Got put in contact with this company through CheckaTrade. Quick to respond to enquiry, job booked in for the next day. There were some issues over timings of plumber arriving, but this was out of plumber’s control and I was kept informed as we went along. Very happy with the result (changing a bath tap), the plumber Ian clearly has a wealth of experience and completed the job quickly and efficiently without having to drain down the whole system. Impressive! In summary, very happy with the result, happy with the price. Recommended and will use them again myself if I need to.
Kept changing the time they would arrive. First it was 4 to 5.30pm on a Friday, then text to say running late they'd be with me at 7pm despite telling them I was solo parenting and would be doing childcare then. They then said they would text on Sunday a slot. I asked for afternoon, they said 8am... then they said 2 to 4pm. They then text after starting on Monday that it would be end of day. Became prickly when we asked for a more precise time. Seems they cram as much in as humanly possible. Waste of my time!
Absolutely superb, replaced the cold water tank in loft and associated pipework . Paul is a true professional. Came to view work offered advice and a full quote. Thoroughly recommend
Did a good job but didn’t give a quote for the job so waited for invoice. Was expensive for such a minor job, very disappointed. Was going to ask to do another job but will go elsewhere.
