I have used this firm 4 years ago to install a new gas boiler, cylinder and solar thermal hot water supply to my home I was impressed then by their reviews and neatness of system layout. They have completed annual services since. Now the time has come to think about downsizing and converting a double garage/office at my sons property as a more efficient retirement annexe. I rang Steve at Warmer Homes Heating & Renewables Ltd who came out and had a look, they designed a system supplied and fitted it. All the team are very professional, helpful. and a pleasure to work with. I recommend this team 100%

Hi, Warmer homes recently completed a PV System and fitted Hive smart heating controls to my property. Excellent installation can't fault there work or professionalism throughout the installation. Andy and Will and guy tge electrician were all very professional throughout the installation and we very pleased with the outcome. Steve in the office was faultless and very understanding and helpful, can't prase them enough and would certainly recommend there services

Just had our 50 year old central heating system completely replaced, new boiler, radiators etc by Warmer Homes Heating & Renewables. From start to finish the service given by Steve, Dave, Andy and Will is exceptional, a credit to them and the Company. All very polite, professional and knowledgeable. Work carried out to a very high standard, left the house each night clean and tidy. I would highly recommend this Company 100%.

I don’t usually leave reviews when I haven’t actually received a service, but I had a really weird and unprofessional experience with this company. I contacted them because they have good reviews and I am interested in replacing my gas heating system with an air-to-air + air-to-water heat pump setup. During my first call, a guy immediately told me he didn’t think it made sense for me to do so because our house is old. We have significantly improved the insulation in our home so I asked whether a survey could be arranged so that a professional assessment could be carried out and any further improvements discussed. I was told someone would call me back, but nobody ever did so a few weeks later, I called again. A different employee took my details and she said that someone would get back to me (again). However, she didn’t hung up the phone correctly so I could hear staff saying my name and address and then continued to mock me, for reasons I still don’t understand. I was genuinely shocked. Everyone is entitled to their opinions about whether a project is worthwhile, but customers should be treated with courtesy and respect. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.
