The lady from the customer care team shouted me when I called for plumbing inquiry. I am her client but not her maid who she can shout as she wants. She is responsible to reply and explain if I don’t understand how they work, not to be that rude. I can’t believe she is working as a staff of customer care with this attitude. It is not my problem not having required technician on site either. And Why do they accept the contract job for emergency plumbing if they can’t arrange for this?

Box and charnock is one of the best company who have fully qualified professional mechanical and engineering service engineers. Sally Heal the customer care manager is very attention to detail, caring and sympathetic. Whenever we spoke to her she always has a best cost effective solution for us. We had a fault with our electric shower Sally within the capacity of assertive customer care manager arranged a plumber and electrician who fixed everything within 2 days .I highly recommend their services around Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire and surroundings. We love the wonderful best service and we will always and forever recommend their services Sally keep up the good work.

I heard they did the original plumbing in my new build house which I have had problems with bad work. For a company that take on private work as well they don't like answering the customer care line, most always goes to answering phone (if you leave a message they won't respond to it) trying to get them out now to sort my defects not enjoying the hard process for something that should be easy.

Poor service. Have failed to communicate with our block management company Chamonix Estates to rectify two pump faults which should have been repaired under warranty. MDs from B&C refuse to answer Chamonix whilst leaving hundreds of residents at risk of further failure to their communal heating system. Unacceptable for a company that installs for national housebuilders like Countryside and Berkeley Homes that once they install their Energy Systems they run for cover when they have to put right maintenance issues under their own warranty with the developer. Absolutely shocking. If you're national housebuilder reading this, think twice before using this company for new installations as ordinary residents are left high and dry when things go wrong.

Well.... Driving like idiots !! YY16 PTO pull out from Morrison's at MK forcing me to stop my car having child on the back seat!! Seen his face on side mirror laughing, no sorry at all from thier side... calling office but they can do nothing with it... So, if they don't care about other people safe and health on road, so probably providing service in the same way....incompetence...

We are MCS‑certified and registered with an approved consumer protection/competent person scheme, which is essential for quality assurance and to access grants like the Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS).
We carry out a detailed home assessment, including property type, insulation levels, existing heating system and available outdoor space, to confirm whether a heat pump is a good fit.
We design the system using a heat‑loss calculation for your home, then match the correct kW size and model (for example, air‑source vs ground‑source) so it runs efficiently and reliably.
Our fixed quote clearly lists the heat pump, cylinder, controls, labour, scaffolding (if needed), electrical work and any radiator or pipework upgrades, so you know exactly what you’re paying for.
Yes, as an MCS installer we can confirm your eligibility, apply for the BUS grant (worth up to £7,500) on your behalf and deduct it directly from your quote.
A typical air‑source heat pump installation takes around 2–5 days, and we’ll agree locations for the indoor and outdoor units, manage any planning considerations and keep you informed each day.
After the heat‑loss survey, we’ll advise if any radiators, pipework, electrics or hot‑water cylinder need upgrading so the system can run efficiently at lower flow temperatures.
Modern heat pumps are designed to be quiet and must meet UK noise regulations; we’ll position the unit to minimise any impact on you and your neighbours and comply with local planning rules.
You’ll get manufacturer warranties on the heat pump plus our workmanship guarantee, and we offer ongoing servicing and support to keep your system performing at its best.
We’ll estimate your likely annual running costs and potential savings based on your current fuel type, insulation level and tariffs, using real‑world performance data rather than lab figures.
