Terrible service and unreliable. Meeting was scheduled and no one arrived or called me. I called after waiting in the morning. They said they will contact me shortly where engineer is. I waited 2 more hours and had to call them and they said he is sick and won’t attend. They waste people’s time and I have waited whole day and no one called to cancel. Avoid!
I recently had Box & Charnock to replace a TRV valve on my radiator and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Dom arrived on time, was friendly, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. He completed the job quickly and efficiently, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer any questions I had. The work was carried out to a high standard, and everything was left clean and tidy afterwards. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that is reliable, honest, and takes real pride in its work. A special thanks to Dom for his excellent service. I would highly recommend Box & Charnock to anyone needing plumbing or heating work done and would happily use them again in the future.
