There should be zero star for these absolute cowboys! Absolutely appalling service! AVOID them at ALL costs!!
Just COWBOYS, the worst co EVER
I had a new boiler fitted. Not only did the plumber fit the boiler, he left a 3ft hole in my ceiling without telling me and he left all of the concrete debris and I had to tidy it up. I've waited 3 weeks for them to fix it and had 3 appointments where the engineer hasn't turned up. It's been passed to another department and I've waited in 3 whole days and still no show. I've even had a mouse come out of the ceiling and landed in my washing up bowl, he was dead when I found him in the morning. I would give no stars but it didn't let me.
Not even really deserving of 1star!
Not very good company they do not listen to They callers Please do not contact them as this company is absolutely fraudulent as they fraud customer signature
