This company installed our airsource heat pump, boiler and tank system. Unfortunately they put the wrong model number on the MCS certificate and claim they cannot amend as they no longer have the certificate. They serviced our system last year and the engineer had no idea about the installed system and admitted as much, yet we paid in excess of £100 for the pleasure. I would not recommend this company.
