I can’t recommend Cosier highly enough. From start to finish, the service was outstanding. Ben and Mark did a wonderful job at my property. They were thorough, attentive, and worked seamlessly with the rest of the building team throughout the project. They suggested excellent, well thought out solutions during the installation and took great care to ensure everything was fitted neatly and discreetly. I opted for the Sunamp heating system, and I’ve been genuinely amazed at how well it works. In fact, you genuinely cannot tell that there is a heat pump installed in my property at all. Communication was excellent throughout. Ben and Mark kept me up to date at every stage and carried out a very thorough handover, making sure I fully understood how the system worked and how to operate it confidently. Before choosing Cosier, I rang around several other heat pump providers, but Cosier’s level of service, care, and attention to detail really suited my build and they were also very competitively priced. The system works fantastically and performs exactly as they outlined during the planning stage. Since the installation was completed, several other heat pump engineers have visited the property, and every single one has commented that the installation is a "piece of art". Thank you, Ben and Mark, it has truly been a pleasure to have you working at my property and to see such a beautifully designed and flawlessly operating heat pump system brought to life.

I'm very happy with the heat pump service from Cosier. A different company installed my heat pump but I'd had a nightmare trying to get them to come back to do a service. In contrast, it was easy to book a time with Cosier, and the engineer Mark turned up on time and thoroughly cleaned the outdoor heatpump. He showed me how the fins behind the fan had become dirty over time and that the heat pump would be working less efficiently as a result. Mark used some cleaning fluid to clean the heat pump itself and showed me the dirt that was starting to build up in the magnetic filter. After cleaning everything, he spent extra time going through the settings that my original installer had set. He noticed that the hot water had been set to run 24 hours (which was expensive), and set up a schedule so that it would only do the hot water heating in the night time when I get the cheapest rate on my EV tariff. He also set up "weather compensation" and explained how this would allow the heat pump to run low-and-slow instead of on-and-off at the fixed temperature set by the original installer. I got the feeling that my original installer had just left the controls on default factory settings instead of trying to optimise it to give me the lowest running cost. I'll be using them every year from now on.
We are MCS‑certified and registered with an approved consumer protection/competent person scheme, which is essential for quality assurance and to access grants like the Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS).
We carry out a detailed home assessment, including property type, insulation levels, existing heating system and available outdoor space, to confirm whether a heat pump is a good fit.
We design the system using a heat‑loss calculation for your home, then match the correct kW size and model (for example, air‑source vs ground‑source) so it runs efficiently and reliably.
Our fixed quote clearly lists the heat pump, cylinder, controls, labour, scaffolding (if needed), electrical work and any radiator or pipework upgrades, so you know exactly what you’re paying for.
Yes, as an MCS installer we can confirm your eligibility, apply for the BUS grant (worth up to £7,500) on your behalf and deduct it directly from your quote.
A typical air‑source heat pump installation takes around 2–5 days, and we’ll agree locations for the indoor and outdoor units, manage any planning considerations and keep you informed each day.
After the heat‑loss survey, we’ll advise if any radiators, pipework, electrics or hot‑water cylinder need upgrading so the system can run efficiently at lower flow temperatures.
Modern heat pumps are designed to be quiet and must meet UK noise regulations; we’ll position the unit to minimise any impact on you and your neighbours and comply with local planning rules.
You’ll get manufacturer warranties on the heat pump plus our workmanship guarantee, and we offer ongoing servicing and support to keep your system performing at its best.
We’ll estimate your likely annual running costs and potential savings based on your current fuel type, insulation level and tariffs, using real‑world performance data rather than lab figures.
