One of their drivers fell asleep at the wheel and crashed into both my neighbour’s car and mine, writing both vehicles off. The driver then disappeared for over 13 hours, leaving us without transport and completely abandoned. He later admitted to falling asleep at the wheel, which is an appalling level of negligence. As a result of Green Man’s failure to take responsibility, I am now facing nearly £1,600 in unexpected costs at Christmas for an accident that was entirely not my fault. Utterly negligent and deeply irresponsible.

Driver from green man group fell asleep at the wheel, wrote off two cars and fled the scene. Green man group leave me with £3k of out of pocket expenses and the MD refuses to speak with me to try and come to a resolution. Their attitude towards the situation is sickening and disgusting, I would highly recommend you so NOT deal with these people
