William Smith was a great worker,got the jobs done quickly and was very polite, he kept everything tidy as he was working so no mess, was very pleased with him
CCS were tasked to install heat pump, radiators and solar panels. I had to chase them for everything - the dates for the scheme of works were wrong and didn't book scaffolding for solar delaying the whole job. Don't reply to WhatsApp messages either. Also had to chase them 3 times to get the oil tank removed. CCS like most companies sub some work out. Some were good, others just wanted to finish the work quickly so they could get to the pub. You can't put in a complaint at CCS, instead it's called an "Expression of Dis-satisfaction" Maybe CCS should concentrate on their basic communication istead of playing around with semantics... Good points. Their in house installers were very good and answered all of my questions. Sam customer coordinator is amazing! Without her things would've taken much longer. Given the woeful communication within CCS I'm sure she's incredibly busy. Giving them 3 stars for their in house installers and Sam.
