We have appreciated the trustworthy and friendly service from Cloverleaf since a first plumbing repair almost 10 years ago. Every member of their staff attending since provides the same great level of service. This time Neil and Drew installed a new boiler - we appreciated them talking through the options around placement, and they kept us informed at each step and overall were a real pleasure to have in the house. The service from Arrie, Georgia and Lina in the office was also excellent and attentive. It's so reassuring to have such a reliable a plumbing and heating company to call on - thank you.

I found Cloverleaf Plumbing and Heating listed as a Viessmann-approved installer, so I expected a reliable and professional service. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. During the first appointment, the engineer failed to call ahead as promised and then refused to wait, even though I was only five minutes away. The customer service team made no effort to follow up or reschedule, despite having assured me that I’d receive a courtesy call before arrival. For the rescheduled visit, I was given a specific timeslot that was later changed with hardly any notice. Then, on the day of the appointment, I was told it was cancelled entirely. This has caused significant disruption — I’ve taken time off work and arranged childcare for nothing, twice. Overall, the lack of professionalism, communication, and accountability is unacceptable. I would urge anyone considering this company to think twice, and I hope Viessmann reconsiders their accreditation if this is the level of service being provided.

We had our bathroom completely remodelled, and I can honestly say Steve created magic. He took our very outdated bathroom and turned it into what feels like a 5 star hotel bathroom. He helped guide us through the process and vision, paying attention to all the details. We couldn’t be happier, thank you.

Before commissioning new pipework I talked to several firms as I always do, and was happy to have chosen Cloverleaf. Good communication, planning, and so far - 3 months in - v good workmanship. One isolated thing did go wrong, it took a wee bit of time but they were honest and fair and made good. Happy to recommend.

Cloverleaf stripped out and replaced our very dated family bathroom. Involving structural work, complete replacement of all pipework - including moving the toliet and sinks. We have a fantastic new bathroom, which was completed quicker than we expected, to a really high standard. Steve was a great team leader, keeping us fully informed of challenges and decisions we had to make. Before the work started, Dean was a really important sounding board for our design decisions, his recommendations on ceramics, fixtures and fitting were a major part of why the bathroom looks so good. The project had one issue with a new doorway to a laundry space but Cloverleaf found the right expert to bring in to correct the work. Would definitelly recommend for a bathroom refit.

We are MCS‑certified and registered with an approved consumer protection/competent person scheme, which is essential for quality assurance and to access grants like the Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS).
We carry out a detailed home assessment, including property type, insulation levels, existing heating system and available outdoor space, to confirm whether a heat pump is a good fit.
We design the system using a heat‑loss calculation for your home, then match the correct kW size and model (for example, air‑source vs ground‑source) so it runs efficiently and reliably.
Our fixed quote clearly lists the heat pump, cylinder, controls, labour, scaffolding (if needed), electrical work and any radiator or pipework upgrades, so you know exactly what you’re paying for.
Yes, as an MCS installer we can confirm your eligibility, apply for the BUS grant (worth up to £7,500) on your behalf and deduct it directly from your quote.
A typical air‑source heat pump installation takes around 2–5 days, and we’ll agree locations for the indoor and outdoor units, manage any planning considerations and keep you informed each day.
After the heat‑loss survey, we’ll advise if any radiators, pipework, electrics or hot‑water cylinder need upgrading so the system can run efficiently at lower flow temperatures.
Modern heat pumps are designed to be quiet and must meet UK noise regulations; we’ll position the unit to minimise any impact on you and your neighbours and comply with local planning rules.
You’ll get manufacturer warranties on the heat pump plus our workmanship guarantee, and we offer ongoing servicing and support to keep your system performing at its best.
We’ll estimate your likely annual running costs and potential savings based on your current fuel type, insulation level and tariffs, using real‑world performance data rather than lab figures.
