Been a pleasure to work with. Tom installed my Daikin 4 way multi-split AC unit at my home. Most importantly he's willing to find solutions when other installers just want to slap the machines on the wall. He worked with the house to hide most of the pipework. I'm very happy with how everything turns out. As with all things, how stuff are fixed shows real character. A very minor problem with electrical connection was observed after install (2 rooms connected wrong way round). Tom was quick to reply my message and sorted the problem quickly.

From dealing with Malwina in the office to Tom coming to site and providing an excellent service and installation i could not be happier with TM Refridgeration as a company. I had a Daikin ASHP installed along with air con in 3 rooms (1 room with ceiling vents). Tom installed everything to a high level and even explained the controls and functions behind both the air con & the underfloor heating which is running along side my ASHP. The aftersales is excellent to, any small issues and Tom is straight back to ensure all is running corectly. I have already recommend Tom to friends and family and my dad has even used him through his business already. if your experience is anything like mine you wont be disappointed!!!

We have had multi split Daikin air-condition system installed by TM Refrigeration at our home this April. Tom was professional and flexible throughout the process. He took the time to explain the system's features and maintenance requirements. Malwina was excellent at handling admin. The installation itself was smooth and efficient, completed within the estimated timeframe. We are very happy with our air-conditioning and would recommend TM Refrigeration.

I can thoroughly recommend TM Refrigeration. I had Tom, come and do my new Airconditioning install. They gave me a very good quote, and a very quick install date. Having had some experience with F-Gas installations at work and around, I can say that Toms level of work is excellent! Paying a great deal of attention to detail. I have now had two installation done by Tom, as I was so pleased with the first one. Once again Tom did a fantastic job, with a very neat installation.

Tom installed our A/C unit and did an excellent job. He's very knowledgeable and gave sound advice on an ASHP. Tom was super professional and worked methodically. Based on my experience over the last few months, I'd definitely recommend TM Refrigeration. Thanks Tom.
