Had solar panels, full heating system, batteries, Air source boiler and wall and loft insulation. They were some problems which is inevitable however they were quick to resolve them often on the same day. Polite trade people, very clean and tidy. If you live local to Stranraer I wouldn’t even consider another company. After the work was done was paid for additional solar panels and batteries and our bills are zero in the summer we actually expert energy we don’t use.

avoid this installer, june 2024 heat pump installed have had no heat or hot water to date oct 2025 am still under their 2 year guarantee but issues with heating and hot water told to get a plumber they have not honoured there contract am left with no heating and indicates hot water echo gen has left me under warranty with no where to go

0800 Monday EcoGen arrived and by 1200 Tuesday my solar panels were on line, battery packs were charging and the air source heat pump was providing hot water. The lads even hoovered the floors when they were finished. Very impressed by the standard of work and staff. Many thanks.
