Excellent service from Forest Eco, friendly, timely and knowledgeable. When there was a post-installation issue they fixed it immediately. I would highly recommend them and will use them again!
You often find out more about a company when things go wrong than when it all goes smoothly ….. The installation was great, but the after care has been excellent - we needed a new inverter which was dealt with very efficiently and the office staff have been very kind, patiently helping me through the paperwork required for our house sale. Thoroughly recommended …….
Forest Eco Systems have installed our solar/battery system as well as the heat pump and underfloor heating and we are now enjoying the grid resilience that we were looking forward to. They are a great company to deal with in that they provide an all-round service with a smile. Their communication is good and their work is top class.
If possible would have scored 4.5 stars. Technical skills, craftmanship, pride in work, choice of different ASHPs, keeping to time and budget - all 5 stars/excellent. If communication (both internal within company and external with consumer) were to improve and operating a one-stop-shop-model (especially if also installing UFH) were possible, Forest Eco systems would be head and shoulders above any other provider of ASHP/UFH in the country.
Recently had solar panels and battery installed by Forest Eco. From first enquiry to meeting to discuss feasibility and options, then site survey, everything was explained clearly and advice given. Installation team were excellent, they were friendly and professional, their work was clean and tidy. The finished product is superb. We would award 10 out of 10 to everyone we dealt with from management through admin/clerical to site workers.
