Terrible experience from start to end. Applied for the boiler replacement and they forced me to have wall cavity insulation. I refused to have the loft insulation done as I know it has already been done and I have a room made up there but they still drillied multiple holes and filled it with silicone making a mess. They came at least 4x just to drill holes in my ceiling. They fitted a boiler which was huge so they had to rip out my airing cupboard. The drilled a hole from the bedroom through to my bathroom adjacent damaging a tile and did not tell me. They threw items out of the bedroom window and damaged a flag in my back yard. The labourer used his hand to do the cement work outside where the external piperwork was like he is making a mud hut in south asia. There is also now a leak from that pipework and nothing has been done although i have called them numerous times. I'll now have to get a solicitor involved. Avoid at all costs

Extremely pleased to get my house wall insulation done through Golden Globe merchants ltd at first I got through Mr Rehan who smoothly processed my application and then was been dealt with Mr Rashid area manager who sent out this team Mr Mubeen Arshad who made sure all the works are done properly, also he would personally work at the property and made sure all the teams are doing best at their job. I am totally pleased and happy with the work they have done. I would highly recommend the teams 👍🏽 the results are fantastic

Horrible insulation DO NOT get it done by them they have a rubbish job and ruined my home, they don't listen to customers and do what they want, the people that did the insulation took ages to respond and were unprofessional they cut the insulation foam without measuring, they did not put ant protective film to prevent any paint splatting and we had to clean the paint splat scraping for weeks on the pathway, the windows and the back garden. They cut my front alarm off had to replace with a new one put my own money, they also moved my satellite dish and my roof slates which is now leaking everywhere, the window sillt boards which we specifically asked for brown gave us white and just put them on without even tilting them this has now resulted in my windows receiving rain/water splash and I cannot see anything outside, they have also put air vents without screws and my bathroom fan has been cut out and they put a small one , the insulation is horrible and poor the house feels much colder and I can feel cold air from my rooms, they have done a disgusting job there are all holes ans gaps everywhere and looks like they didn't care about customer services. This company is bad they don't even reply and lie about coming to fix it has been several months and still waiting, almost 5 or more people have came and said the same thing and nothing has happened. poor job.
