Amazing. Came out very quickly. Sorted our boiler out for a very reasonable price compared with others. The staff that came round were friendly, and talked us through what they were doing. Friendly, profesional, good price and very happy with the outcome. Would definately reccomend to others for sure

My first dealings with this company have not been good. The engineer did not come at the appointed time and when I phoned Sun Realm I was lied to by the call handler. She didn't give an apology for the stress and inconvenience caused. The call handler kept pushing me into having the engineer come at a later time despite the fact I gave her a reasons to why this would not be convenient for me. This company does not understand that the customer expects them to come at the appointment time given by Sun Realm. ( or at least phone and explain if there's a delay) When they failed to attend and failed to phone and explain, I was made to feel like I was inconveniencing them as I couldn't allow them access to my property after already wasting 4 hours waiting for the engineer to arrive. A very disappointing experience.

We are MCS‑certified and registered with an approved consumer protection/competent person scheme, which is essential for quality assurance and to access grants like the Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS).
