An engineer attended on the 7th after reporting no heating and hot water. They fiddled with the water tank and said it should be fine once it fills up. Next morning nothing again. Another engineer comes says the previous engineer fixed nothing and the valve was broken and needed replacing but to use immersion. Immersion not working. The next day ANOTHER engineer comes to replace valve and discovers we need a new boiler pump would come and fix it after 4 the next day. Nobody showed up I call and the part isn’t ready, no comms nothing. I have to ask for emergency heaters to be delivered by and ooh engineer. No show. I’m supposedly a priority with a 70 year old bed bound mother and child under the age of 5 as well as any property without heating and hot water between October and March supposedly being classed as a critical emergency. STILL NO HEATING OR HOT WATER. I would hate to not be a priority if this is how long vulnerable tenants wait. I will be reporting to my housing association advising they renew their contract elsewhere.

Twice now Ive waited in for someone to come and repair my boiler and on both occasions haven't bothered to turn up. Completely unacceptable and costs me time and money waiting in

I’m extremely happy with the electrical work Jonathan and Jordan carried out in my house. They did a fantastic job and the quality of their workmanship was excellent. They were thorough, professional, and clearly take a lot of pride in making sure everything is done properly and to a high standard. As well as doing a brilliant job electrically, they were both incredibly friendly, polite, and easy to have around. They were happy to help explain things clearly, and nothing seemed like too much trouble. A huge personal thank you to Jonathan & Jordan for all your hard work. I really appreciate the care and effort you put into the electrical work in my home. I would genuinely recommend them to anyone needing electrical work — great electricians, great workmanship, and genuinely great guys.

Just needed gas uncapped. Appointment given 1 to 6pm waited in until 7 for engineer no show Given a second appointment 8am to 12 waited in until 6pm no show no call Third appointment given for morning on Saturday, help centre said they only work from 8 to 1 on a Saturday, phoned the help centre then told I don’t know who told you that, because they will come any time from 8 am until 10 P.m. on a Saturday. Told the help Centre that because there is no hot water or heating I’m not staying in the property until the gas has been uncapped, so your engineer needs to ring me an hour before to let me know he’s on his way. She said he might do, but it’s not a prerequisite that they call customers to let them know even when it’s been put on their job sheet. I said, can you talk to the engineer then who’s been allotted the job, she said it’s difficult because they won’t pick up the phone when they’re driving, they also won’t pick up the phone when they are working, so the only time they can contact their engineers is when they’re walking from their last job to the Van? 😂😂 Terrible service all round
