If it’s anything solar these are the ‘ go to ‘ guys nothing was too much. from the original contact to ronnie the surveyor to the installers the office staff and the accounts department they are all superb the install went without a hitch scaffolding was put up Friday the install was done Tuesday the install was done before 1pm that’s 16 panels an inverter and a battery The one thing I did notice that grant store actually care they actually want to help you get your system installed. The big box companies like edf ,boxt, octopus all give quotes that are drastically more for less kit ie smaller batteries and less panels and then don’t even call you back My system has been installed 3 months now and it’s amazing how much extra I am generating which is of course going back to the grid and making enough to cover standing charges as well You don’t have to look any further Thanks for all your help guys
Very impressed with Grant Store. From the very start the communication was top class. The survey was thorough so there could be no hidden extras. The price was very fair. We were listened to and the system was exactly what we wanted. There were some minor issues around the fitting etc (aren’t there always?) but the most important thing is that communication was excellent throughout. The issues were sorted in a timely fashion and we now have an excellent solar system which is working perfectly. Highly recommend.
The guys did an amazing job and the ease in dealing with the main office, could not have been easier. I highly recommend these guys
Excellent prices and service
Can't complain at all and I had 8 panels and no battery (not enough evening electricity demand to justify) fitted very efficiently and quickly as part of a council subsidised offer. All subcontractors (scaffolders, fitters and electricians very good) except it took the scaffolders a week to come back and take it away again. They came the same day as I complained to the firm.
