JEM have just installed a solar array, battery storage and gateway for me, and working with them on it has been an absolute dream. From Josh coming out to do the quoting, Tony doing the scheduling to Perry and the team doing the install it's been seamless. Any delays were not due to them, and they were happy to adapt to the changes as needed. The system has been in for a couple of days, and we've had the first clouds in months, but it's still performing and I couldn't be happier. The system specced up meets our needs for now and is future proofed, the install is neat and tidy, no mess and no fuss. I wanted some additional house wiring changes to allow install where I wanted it, and JEM arranged the electrician to do the work, prices were great and I'll be using him in the future. Jem Energy have been outstanding from start to finish. The installation was carried out with real precision, everything stayed on track, and the whole project was completed right on schedule. The team were friendly, respectful, and clearly take pride in doing things properly. The aftercare has been just as impressive. If you want a company that actually listens and tailors your solar setup to your home, rather than selling generic bundles, Jem are the ones to choose. Couldn’t recommend them more.

Jem Energy fitted my Solar and Battery a couple of years ago and I have to say that I was very impressed by the quality of their work and customer service. I recently had an issue with my Battery which Jem Energy immeditely fixed. Technology sometimes fails, it's what happens at these times that counts and I must say Jem Energy's customer service has been outstanding and appreciated.
