5 stars. James came all the way from Dorset to Brighton to look at our Invisible.AC ceiling air conditioning and invisable.ac system, which had been dripping condensation on humid days. He quickly identified the two potential causes of the problem, sorted the condensate drain properly and gave the whole system a thorough service while he was at it. He worked solidly the entire visit, explained everything clearly as he went, and left the job done right rather than patched. A very knowledgeable, professional and genuinely nice chap, and the problem is now completely solved. It is rare to find someone this good who communicates this well. Couldn't recommend JOS Solutions more highly.
