The Jupiter system really is first class. We installed the between-joist UFH system and the eco screed replacement tile system. I could not recommend both systems more highly. The installation is quick, clean and optimises the space, maximising insulation and minimising room height loss. It is a far superior product range to the traditional wet UFH poured systems we have had before. Great teams on site and support afterwards. We are 100% happy with the systems and the Jupiter team.

Jupiter Underfloor Heating - The epitome and definition of elite customer service. Patrick Letch is an absolute diamond of a man, and a true credit to Jupiter Underfloor Heating. I touched base with Patrick and Jupiter Underfloor Heating in late 2023. Along the way I had several issues with my floor foundations. Albeit Jupiter are an UFH supplier, Patrick guided and advised me every step of the way, ensuring that I had the best base for my UFH installation and giving me direction on how best to install my UFH system. I went from having no clue and being very much out of my depth, to having the unique 'system red' installed. I contacted and met with local suppliers along the way, having compared samples and got a feel for their overall product. I understood early on why Jupiter are market leaders in the UFH world. As a sales rep, Patrick would be terrible. He wasn't pushy like the others and at no point made me feel uneasy. In fact, I soon felt I was speaking with someone who for the first time had my best interests at the forefront. Along the way I spoke to Patrick daily, and quite often several times a day. He was always keen to offer his expertise and guidance and was never annoyed at my persistent questions. Whenever I sent an email, I would receive an in depth technical, but easy to understand response, the very same day. During the installation stage, I had contracted a local installer and again had concerns. But the knowledge and advice I gained from Patrick over the two years, gave me confidence in knowing exactly what I needed to have the perfect installation. I am overwhelmed with joy at the product and installation. Even my installers stated on numerous occasions, that it's the best pipe construction they have ever seen, and the quality and the build of the manifold trumps all others they have ever come across. Not only have I received the best product in the market, I am confident that I will have no issues in the near future. However, if I ever did, I know Patrick and Jupiter will be more than happy to assist in resolving any issues. In my experience and in speaking to local people, you quite often find that companies are ready to force sell you a product. However, in the event of an issue occurring, they don't want to know. This is why Jupiter are in a league of their own. Patrick considered all possibilities and in the end quite intelligently came up with the idea of designing what I would call a 'two layer' system. No other company had suggested this. In the background, I also want to give their due credit to Monika and Lara. Although I didn't speak to them as much as I did Patrick, I know they are both key to ensuring things are ticking along in the background, and ensuring customer pipe layout plans are produced in a timely manner. Monika was also key to ensuring I received my delivery in a timely manner, and nothing was missed off the packing list. I know in the future, I don't have to spend any time looking at other companies or products... Thanks to Patrick, Jupiter have a customer for life. Word of mouth is the best way to advertise your business. I can't stop raving on about your product! Patrick, Monika, and Lara... Thank you ever so much for all your help and guidance over these past two years. You do an amazing job at Jupiter Underfloor Heating.

The Jupiter team put out the red carpet for us from the beginning. First contact was with the md Chris, who first made sure we had the correct acoustic iso-rubber. A customised proposal followed along with a sample of the Neo 19 components. The quality of the system helped us to make up our minds that this was the right product. However, the handwritten 'compliment slip' from Patrick convinced us that they were the right company! Patrick was always there to help with any questions and challenges (as a DIY newbie, there were a few!) not to mention lots of encouragement too. Monika was really efficient and kept us on track and along with our plumber Chris, recommended by Patrick, my wife Ashley and I successfully installed a very efficient system. We used Jupiter Underfloor Heating to install their underfloor heating system and screed replacement tiles in a new bathroom and a bedroom, and we couldn't be any happier with the result. This is a top-quality, state-of-the-art system (we did a lot of research beforehand!), and the Jupiter team provides a service that is next to none. The installation was extremely smooth and on time. Everyone is super professional and helpful, and the customer service/project management team is truly amazing - we felt very looked after throughout the whole process. I really can't recommend them enough!

Jupiter are a brilliant company with a brilliant product and fantastic customer care, and Patrick, Chris and the team are a pleasure to work with. I always thought a drawback with underfloor heating was that it took a long time to heat up a slab and so could not respond quickly. With Jupiter's screed replacement tile system, we have found this is just not the case and we can turn the UFH on to give a quick blast of heat just like you can with radiators, which is fantastic. We had Jupiter take care of the specification and installation of the whole ground floor build-up, including using their robot to install levelling slate under the insulation. My only regret is not having seen this in operation! As a measure of their customer care: we had originally asked Jupiter only to install the heating and screed replacement tile system on top of insulation installed by others. However when the team arrived it became clear that there was a problem with the levelness and stability (or lack of them) of our previously installed insulation product and substrate, which did not meet the required tolerance and was visibly, uneven and unstable. Despite valiantly trying to make it work, Jupiter had no option but to conclude that they could not make this work and could not complete the installation of their system on top of this. Chris the CEO came to site himself to survey the situation and was able to propose the solution of having Jupiter install a layer of their levelling slate under the insulation and taking responsibility for the whole floor build-up - which I would definitely recommend. They could have, and probably should have, charged us for a day of wasted effort trying to install on top of our own substrate and insulation, but had no intention of doing so and instead went above and beyond to solve a problem, for which they were not responsible, and to leave a very happy customer.
