Fantastic response and got to the bottom of the issue without even coming out. Would recommend for sure
I have used K A Watts for the last 3 years since moving into a new property. They have seviced the boiler, changed a radiator for a towel rail, changed a shower door and replaced a faulty shower control, all the work has been carried out in a very professional manner and at a competative price. I would definitely recommend this company.
I’ve had amazing service from K A Watts for the last five years, and they’ve never let me down. It’s such a shame that people are often quick to leave a bad review and complain, but rarely take the time to give praise where it’s truly deserved. The team at K A Watts have always been professional, reliable, and provide a fantastic standard of service every time. Thank you once again for your excellent work and outstanding customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend K A Watts to anyone looking for a trustworthy plumbing company.
I have used K A Watts twice now, firstly to supply and fit a boiling water tap to my kitchen and secondly to sort out problems I was having with my heating overflow dripping and losing pressure from the system (British Gas had no idea what was wrong with it!) and a dripping shower. Ben did both jobs and I have to say we have been delighted with the quality and efficiency of his work. Ben was super and explained everything to me as he worked. I would fully recommend K A Watts. I currently have a heating service contract with British Gas but will be cancelling that when renewal comes around and will use K A Watts for all my plumbing and heating work in the future.
Arranged an appointment for a heatpump quote. Took half day off work, they didn't even turn up. No message or phone call, no apologies. If that's how they run their business, I dread to think what the workmanship and customer care is like. Disgusting
