We've just had solar and batteries installed, and we literally couldn't be happier. Ramin was recommended to us, so we had him round for a quote along with some other suppliers. After doing some careful research, I soon discovered that Kind Energy offered the very latest - far superior - gear compared to their competitors. We have a mind-blowing AI-controlled system which does all of the work for us! With regards to the service we received, Ramin exceeded all expectations by a country mile - he replied instantly to WhatsApps, and was always on hand if we had a query, and he even visited the house after installation to ensure we understood the system. The process was utterly seamless, super-fast and ruthlessly efficient. If you're thinking of diving into the solar / battery world, you'd do well to give Ramin a call!
Kind Energy have been fantastic from the start. Very efficient and helpful in specifying what we need, rapid and very neat installation of cells and ancillary kit, and super easy and clear on the paperwork and payment side of things. Ramin is extremely helpful and friendly, as are his team. A perfect job.
Working with Ramin at Kind Energy was an excellent experience. - He really listened to what we needed and the challenges we had - He came back with thoughtful options and budget ranges depending on how far we wanted to go - Even after the installation was completed (batteries, gateway, and charger on a 3‑phase setup), he was always available to answer questions and provide support I’d been wanting to do this work for years but kept postponing it because of the high prices from other companies. Kind Energy’s competitive pricing finally made the project achievable. I would highly recomend!
