We recently had a Bosch air conditioning system installed by Lodge Plumbing and Heating and the whole experience was outstanding from start to finish. Chris and Simon, the installers, were brilliant. Professional, skilled, and genuinely a pleasure to have around. Their cabling and plumbing work was neat, sensitively routed, and completed to a very high standard. They showed real consideration not just for our property but also for neighbours during the installation. Claire in the office handled all the administration and coordination brilliantly. She was responsive, organised, and made sure that everything from scheduling to responding to queries was taken care of promptly and efficiently. The system has already made a big difference, especially during the recent heatwave. We’ve had the best nights sleep in years thanks to the cool, quiet operation. Overall, LPH delivered a well-managed, high-quality service with proactive communication throughout. Our family are really pleased with the result and would (and have) happily recommended them to others considering air conditioning or plumbing work.

Recomend Chris, He done a damn good job of removing my bath to replace it with a shower unit ,also matching tiles where the bath had been fitted. Left everywhere clean and tidy, leaving no rubbish behind. Called into their office recently with an update, query, the staff were especially helpful and efficient. Answering my query immediately, leaving me feeling confident that should I need a new boiler , Air Conditioning, extra rads, or just a tap washer, I know this is the company who I will turn to

Hi looking at getting a new boiler installed contacted Lodge lovely people in the office. Jack came did the survey sorted out what was needed. Given that I work shift and my wife works normal hours needed quite specific requirements. Came up with a solution and a quote we we happy with. Sam and Chris came and installed the boiler and control systems. All the staff were lovely helpful and polite. The work was done to our complete satisfaction and everything left neat and tidy. A lovely company to deal with would highly recommend them.

Fantastic service from every single person we dealt with. Nathan who quoted was informative and helpful. Claire was also super efficient and great to deal with on the phone. We went from quote to boiler install in just over 1 week. Sam and the rest of the team were friendly, tidy and respectful whilst carrying out the work.
