I've been absolutely amazed by the exceptional customer service provided by Nu-Heat particularly during a global pandemic! Better than John Lewis! I spoke with many people during difficult times but they all knew exactly where things were at and what discussions had already happened. The equipment has been top notch so far and the thermostats very user friendly. Any minor issues with the design and supply were rapidly resolved and everyone was very easy to talk to. Drawings were exceptional detailed and easy for the installers to follow. I had a plumber and an electrician who had not worked with nu-heat before and they were very complementary of the drawing pack. I'd highly recommend this company. Well worth the extra money.

Nu-Heat designed and supplied a full heating system for our Victorian terraced property extension / full renovation, including air source heat pump. It was then installed by one of their approved installers. The team at Nu-Heat were impressive: responsive, knowledgeable and helpful throughout. Easily one of the best suppliers we engaged with during the project and couldn’t recommend more.

Help please! I have a Nu-Heat system that is defeating the support engineers and I have a store room where the floor is so hot that it's impossible to walk on and a living area that won't come on at all. Their recommended engineer, after 4 visits, has given up his valiant attempts to sort it out, and walked away. There are two other recommended support companies who are so overwhelmed that they are quoting 'several weeks' before they can come out. Nu-Heats own technical support (Morwen, a very unhelpful person) tells me that they are not training more engineers. This system is just too difficult to work, and their support partners are just failing to keep up with demand.

Been nothing short of a headache. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this company. From the very start they have provided false promises. Boards didn’t arrive causing unnecessary stress, nobody had a clue where they were or what to do, I spoke to pretty much everyone in the company. Just don’t use this company, isn’t worth the hassle. A staff member had raised a complaint which i dismissed as i just know nothing will come of it. And i was right….. I’ve had absolutely nothing back in terms of acknowledgement. I ended up somehow having 16 unused boards. Promised they would collect it one day, then another…. It’s now Day 4 of waiting for them to be collected. I truly say… This has been one of the worst experiences i’ve ever faced. I only use reputable companies….. this has fallen so so short. Please go use a Local company. Far better services. Do not use NuHeat unless you want hassle

As a retired Nu Heat Installer we had no hesitation when choosing a heating system for our self build house. Their local area manager Ian Weatherstone listened to our needs for a complete heating and hot water solution utilising renewable energy and sent our plans down to Devon for their design team to work out a system to meet our criteria. The system incorporated an Air Source Heat Pump for the main heating & hot water system along with solar back up. As we were building during the winter of 2017 we were subjected to below zero temperatures and severe weather so we prematurely commissioned the underfloor heating system and very soon the construction teams were complaining it was too hot!! The system designed and supplied by Nu Heat for our seven bedroom, two bathroom, three en-suites, utility, kitchen and cloakroom hot water has performed spectacularly well so congratulations to the whole team down in Devon for their courteous support and pure professionalism, I would highly recommend them.
