Moneymongers. Charged us £126 for 5 min. Just tightened the shower screws. We were regular clients with the boiler, but won't be anymore. They take the money beforehand, it's like a scam, and nothing you can do afterwards

Recently we bought a new build which has an Air Source Heat Pump system for the under floor heating and hot water. This month the system required its first service and not having had this kind of hearing system before we contacted Panasonic who built our ASHP to ask their advice regarding servicing companies. We were recommended Synergi (SW) Ltd who we contacted and organised an appointment. Justin their engineer came to carry out the service today which he carried out in a very professional and efficient manner. Justin was also a very friendly person very knowledgeable about our system details and he enlightened us about when we asked questions concerning our ASHP. We couldn’t have asked for a better service experience well done to both Synergi (SW) and Justin we will definitely be happy to continue using them in the future. Paul Hardy
