We honestly cannot thank Gareth and team enough! We’ve had our entire heating system re done with a new boiler, new radiators everywhere and new piping, he absolutely smashed it! Not only was he professional and polite his quality of work is outstanding! Highly recommend!

We have used PG Bones on several occasions and their service has always been excellent. They have recently replaced our gas boiler, a task which they completed within 3 working days of my contacting them. The work was done quickly by a friendly team who worked well together and left everything clean and tidy. A first class service. I will be happy to use them again and am also happy to recommend others to do so.

After being let down by our plumber and him disappearing. Our boiler wasn't complete or up to standard and a bit of a mess. After ringing lots of other companies and getting no luck, we contacted P G Bones, and they sent Ian over who was so professional and explained everything fully. We'd had no heating for 6 weeks during December, and they sent Gareth over a few days later, and he completely overhauled our boiler and got it all completed and in safe working order. Throughly enjoying my heating now!

Such a refreshing experience, to deal with PG Bones, after being let down by three "gas engineers" who had, over three weeks failed to attend or even phone. Time had been running out for me to comply with the servicing conditions, of the warranty on my 1yr old combi boiler. PG Bones offered an appointment, scheduled within 48hrs of my phone call. Anthony arrived, as promised. He was courteous, efficient, affable; worked tidily, completed the service and reset the boiler, which is now functioning more efficiently than at the original installation.
