I had been recommended this company by a friend. My Father in law was having problems with his shower, so I contacted them and gave the details and agreed a date and time to visit. They did not show up on the agreed day, my In laws waited in all day for them, and at the age they are 84 and 91 this stressed them out considerably. Despite several messages from me to find out why they did not show up, I never received a reply. Really disappointed that they did not contact me to explain why they did not want the job. I then had to contact another plumber who carried out the work within two days.
This was our second installation by PCM after a house move needed an updated system. Another fantastic experience. Paul always puts you at ease and the young workers he has with him are respectful and polite. They always work hard and our installation was done in a really quick time, staying late at our discretion on day 1 to ensure we were left with water and gas. Thank you team.
