Easily the best company I have done business with period, full stop and I would rate 10 stars if I could. I required the installation of an electric boilers as all the current regulations on installing new gas boilers simply priced me out of one. PCM 247 explained all the different types of electric boilers prior to installation. A crew (yes a crew!) of three arrived laid down plastic boards and wore booties, they even brought their own vacuum cleaner. The crew toiled and tinkered away, by the end of DAY ONE the gas was capped the old boiler was out, the new electric one was in and they cleaned down before they left. DAY TWO an electrician arrived (yes another crew member!) and speedily wired up everything, hiding visible wires in trunking. The electric boiler spooled up and then all the radiators were checked flushed, chemical sealant was poured into the radiator system to plug any hard to find slow leaks (I did have one and it plugged it within a day or two). The team then went through warranty and boiler registration, set up the works. Cleaned up everything and left me feeling sad that truly our time together however short had come to an end. I wrote this feedback because you need to understand the experience you will receive when using PCM 247, I will use them for life and you should too. You will simply not find better, this is longest review I have ever written because PCM 247 deserved it. If you have any home issues for love of all that's good give them a go and let's keep truly great tradespeople like this around forever. Paul is first and foremost a great professional. He is very kind and he explained to me and my wife (multiple times) what was the best option for our bathroom, and he was also able to resolve a long standing issue we had been dealing with for months. Very patient and knowledgeable, he delivered as expected and it was available for us when we had doubts or questions. On the cost side, he was also a little less expensive then other people who gave us completely wrong information and impracticable solutions. I would definitely recommend his company. 5 stars and well deserved!
